Scholar's Rooftop
Scholar's Rooftop is an upscale downtown apartment building. It features 1-bedroom apartments designed with Mediterranean aesthetics in mind. Our favorite feature is the rooftop deck. Appalachian Design & Development served as the general contractor on this project. The Scholar's Rooftop won a Varco Pruden building hall of fame award in 2014.
