We designed and built a 2 story 30x36 foot addition to an existing residence.  The new structure is thoughtfully planned to enhance the home's functionality and aesthetic appeal while integrating with the current layout. 

The upper level includes a bedroom, a modern bathroom, a comfortable sitting room, conference room for meetings and a dedicated office space. 

Surrounding the addition is a wraparound deck for enjoying the outdoors or unwinding after a busy day.

The lower floor of the addition serves as a spacious workshop for various projects and practical storage.

The addition is topped with a rooftop garden which is accessible from the existing deck and connected to the main house.  The garden features fourteen planters for cultivating their favorite vegetables and flowers.  Alongside the planters is a rooftop deck designed for relaxation and entertaining further enhancing the home's outdoor living possibilities.
